Having experienced most of the culinary adventures the canary islands has to offer, this is absolutely a hidden gem (for now). The hotel provides a luxurious evironment and the view from the seaside tables is breathtaking. The menu is precise, but inclusive across diatery restrictions and allergens (huge positive). Initially, The server is passionate and clearly incredibly knowlegeble about the menu. The dishes come across as experimental, thought-provoking and well researched.
